I ordered mine on 24th August, had to get duplicates printed and collect at the ticket office for the spurs match. Then I wrote on the 29th September to ask for confirmation on when the cards were posted, if at all. Got an answer on the 2nd October saying "If you haven’t received the membership within the next two weeks, give us a call and we will be able send you a new one out."
I wrote again on the 5th October....."
that doesn't answer my question, which was for you to confirm when the last cards (there are two remember? Mine and my son's) were actually posted, and were they posted at all? As I've already waited over a month, is there any point in waiting a further two weeks just to go back to square 1of you posting them again? If you consider it realistic that it takes over a month for cards to arrive, the waiting another two weeks and then potentially another month after that will only lead to further inconvenience when I fly over with my son for the Liverpool match on the 4th November.

Thanks, gents. Yeah ,i ts official, they are sending out new cards to all members who renewed. That's where the missing £1,000 that we lacked to sign Carvalho went. The old members cards would last years and they could just upload ant tickets onto it. Modern day membership cards are RUBBISH!
Anyway, that means I have a mad dash from the aiport to beat the traffic, and then a second mad dash to the Ticket Office on the north side of the stadium to collect paper tickets, as of course the new cards I ordered on the 24th August are not here yet.
If I'm late, could someone tell the players to wait until I get in with my boy before getting the many goals we're bound to score?

Yeah I renewed and got sent a new card.
Last season we had a wallet, the season before that a few badges too, this year fuck all.
With ticket exchange and most games going to general sale by the look of it too it was a complete waste of money for the very few games I'll have the chance to get down to this season. Telling the cunts "no" on the phone from the ticket office is impossible.

this is my 1st ever claret card but my mate had 1 last season and he txt me today to say he got his new claret card so im guessing its a new claret card for each season

I'm in the middle of trying to get a straight answer from the ticket office.
I have an adult and a child members card that I got a year ago. I renewed the memberships on 24th August and bought spurs tickets the same day.
The mails from the tO seem to say that the cards should be with me Friday at the latest. Does this mean that they send new cards every season? I thought the cards from last season would just be updated electronically.
Anyone got a clue about this? Did anyone renew membership and get a brand new card? Seems like a watse of money, if so.

Slightly off topic, but the 1st programme of the season fixture list didn't distinguish the home games from the away.
I know it's a minor thing and sourced outside but it's like there's no double checking on anything before it's just put out there.They could at least get the small details corrects to make their lies more plausible these days.
